Yes! Our studio welcomes individuals with all levels of Pilates experience, from beginners and first-timers to more advanced practitioners.
Always keep in mind to book classes to your strength and appropriate experience to avoid injury. If you are unsure, feel free to ask one of our instructors which classes are suited to your needs and level.
On-site parking is available for all guests. The studio is located next to Leona’s Cakery on the same property.
Please note that parking is at your own risk, as there may or may not be a guard on duty at all times. If the on-site parking is full, you’re welcome to park just across the street at the Forest Walk Centre (where Checkers is located).
Yes – we have all three! Our studio is designed to make it easy for you to shower, get ready, and head straight to your next destination without needing to go home first.
We have 6 lockers (one for each class participant), 2 showers with changing facilities, and 2 vanity stations for getting ready after your class.
As a courtesy, we kindly ask all clients to be mindful of each other during peak times – especially before and after work – so that everyone has the opportunity to use and enjoy the facilities comfortably.
Please note that showers are limited to 5 minutes as our studio is designed for quick refreshes, not a full spa experience.
All class cancellations must be made through the Octiv app. You may cancel up to 12 hours before your class without losing your credit. Cancellations made after this period will result in the loss of your class credit, unless a valid medical certificate is provided.
When a customer enrolled in a class cancels, the person who is first on the waitlist will be automatically enrolled and notified via email.
We kindly ask you to keep an eye on your emails to confirm or decline your attendance so that if you can no longer attend the class the person who is next on the waitlist moves up.
Yes, it is mandatory to wear grip socks for all classes.
If you do not have a pair or forget to bring them, you can buy a pair at our studio.
We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled class, as it will strictly start on time.
If it is your first class or you do not have grip socks and would like to buy them at our studio, we ask that you arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your class starts.
Yes, we do. Clients arriving more than 5 minutes after the class starts will not be permitted to join, as late entry can disturb the flow of the workout. For the safety of all participants, the studio door is kept closed if there is no one at reception.
If you arrive when the door is locked, the instructor cannot leave the class to open it. Please note that late arrivals will lose their class credit and are not eligible for a refund, so we encourage everyone to plan to arrive on time.
